Monday - Invitation Reception
Participants may register for the conference during this time.
Snacks and drinks will be served.
This is an opportunity to meet in an informal
atmosphere to renew old friendships and make new ones.
Tuesday - A trip to Pustevny and Radegast statue
The trip will be organized in the folloving way:
First we can take a cable-lift to the top of the hill Pustevny.
The starting point is within the 10 min walking distance from the hotel.
We are going up the hill and have some sightseeing. We will take a view of more than 100 years old tourist hostels (designed by the architect Dusan Nurkovic), which are newly reconstructed (indoor decoration has been painted by the famous Czech painter Mikolas Ales). We will also see over an old wooden bell tower.
Then we will have a walk along the Ridge of Beskydy Mountains up to the statue of the pagan God Radegast. His name has been also used to coin the famous Radegast beer (Nosovice).
Wednesday - Music Festival Janacek May Ostrava
Wednesday evening is devoted to music. We are going to Ostrava House of Culture where you will listen to a concert given within the
International Music Festival Janacek May.
On May 31st the Moravian Philharmonic Orchestra is going to perform music of Dvorák, Schiffauer and Beethoven; for details on the program, see:
the program of the concert.

Thursday - Outside Conference Dinner
We are going up behind the hotel Raztoka. There is an outside barbecue place where we will have a party sponsored by the family brewery Bernard (http://www.bernard.cz/); meat and Bernard beer will be served.
